“SHOPPING CART”  FOR ONLINE PAYMENT OF MULTIPLE TAX BILLS
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is offering the ability for property owners, property management companies, closing attorneys and other businesses to pay online multiple tax bills through GovTech Services online search and “shopping cart” feature.

You will be able to search by “Owners Name”, “Street Address” and “Parcel Number”. Twenty-five (25) parcels numbers can be searched at one time with the ability to do additional searches for as many properties as you own or manage. You will be able to see if the parcel is paid or unpaid. You may select the parcels you want to pay by checking the box and add the parcels to your shopping cart.
Once ready to check out you will be able to make payment of all parcels at one-time online either by eCheck or credit/debit card. Depending on the type of payment you select you will be charged the following convenience fees:
eCheck Payments
Funds are automatically deducted from your bank account – pending verification of valid account information and availability of funds.
Flat Fee of $ 2.00 per transaction will be charged when paying with eCheck.

Credit or Debit Card Payments
AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD and VISA
A convenience fee of 2.25% will be added to the total bill amount plus $1.50 per transaction cost.
