Street Number
You can only enter numeric values for the
Street Number.
If your address contains a Rear or 1/2 then
use the letter H after the Street Number,
and before the Direction
or Street Name, (with spaces in between).
Example: 600 1/2 W Jefferson St should be
entered as: 600 H W Jefferson St
Direction
Some streets require a Direction, such as
503 South 3rd Street. The use the table
below for definitions.

Street Name
Street Names must be spelled correctly in
order for the system to find your address.
Some street names are abbreviated such as
St. Catherine. When you abbreviate names
leave out the punctuation. So instead of
searching for Saint Catherine or St.
Catherine, search for St Catherine.
You must put spaces in street names that
contain two words such a Muhammad Ali or
Abraham Flexner.
Numbered streets use the numeral, for
example Fourth Street you would enter 4th in
the Street Name field.
There are numbered street names that are a
little different. They are as follows;
- 3rd Street Rd; enter 3rd
Street for the Street Name, and
RD as the Street Type
- 9th Street Aly; enter 9th
Street for the Street Name, and
ALY as the Street Type
